Based in St. Louis, MO, Pristine Design Build (PDB) is a family-owned and operated business. Founder, John Leach, started in the commercial painting business, and along the way began to utilize his creativity and business savvy to delve into residential remodeling and custom home development. Pairing his 20 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, John launched Pristine Design Build in 2019.
Maximizing experience from the commercial and residential sector, PDB’s goal is to provide our customers with exceptional service and quality work on every project. Every design is different, so we make it a priority to work closely with our customers to manage the project to fit individual décor styles and budgets. We pride ourselves on customized, boutique remodels that meet our customers’ goals and dreams which ultimately increases property value.
